1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders will be dispatched within 24-72 hours of placing your order
You will receive your order within 3-7 business days Australia wide (Regular Post, with tracking) - And 1-2 business days Australia wide (Express Post, with tracking)
2. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Shipping takes 3-10 business days depending on your location, and check out of choice. Airmail 3-10 business days & Express Airmail 2-6 business days.
3. ARE KICKIT SISTA SIZES STANDARD? WHAT IF MY BODY TYPE IS IN BETWEEN SIZES?
Kickit Sista carries garments of the standard Australian size chart. However, some items vary. For information regarding the fit of item(s) please refer to the descriptions located under the name of each item. Australian & International sizing charts are located in the “Size Chart” tab at the bottom of the website.
4. HOW DO I KNOW THE LENGTH OF THE DRESS?
Our models are between 170-175cm tall, which, in comparison to your own body, should give you a rough estimate of the length of a garment. All models measurements are listed within the product descriptions.
5. HOW DO I FIND OUT THE MATERIALS OF THE GARMENT?
The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.
6. CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No. Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details. We are unable to combine orders.
7. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you purchased your item online through www.kickitsista.com, it is able to be returned, providing it adheres to our Returns Conditions listed below. Items must be returned to:

8.RETURNS CONDITIONS:
Kickit Sista is happy to provide a size exchange on the same item. However, postage and handling charges incurred by you and by Kickit Sista to resend to you will be at your cost. Your original item must be returned back to us before your exchange item is sent out for you. Please note all "SALE" purchases are final and we do not exchange or refund any sale items.
Kickit Sista does not refund for change of mind or incorrect choice based on fit or style or fabric used in garments, how the fabric looked on screen, how you thought it would look or any issue related to screen lighting or otherwise. If you are unsure about a specific item please feel free to contact us and ask any questions about a specific item via our contact page prior to making your purchase.
Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain on garments and it must meet our return conditions. The condition of the item must be in brand new condition and the item(s) must be returned to us 14 days from date of purchase, Kickit Sista will not accept the exchange of any item that is considered used. Due to fast turnover of our styles we will not accept any returns outside of this time frame.
If the item is sold out and an exchange cannot be processed you will then receive an on-line store credit to be spent within 12 months of the issue date.
Returns are not permitted on the following items:
- Sale items including items purchased with discount codes
- Jewellery
- Lingerie
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Shape wear
- Swimwear.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:
Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact Kickit Sista within 7 days of purchase date to be eligible for an exchange or a refund, we will not accept any returns outside of this time frame, Refund will only be made on damaged or faulty goods subject to Store Manager’s approval.

- Does not apply to goods reduced for sales purposes outlined above
- Does not apply to sales of accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear
- The goods cannot have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
9. HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS
- Fill out the returns form included in your delivery.
- Make sure you item(s) are ready to go, check our following return conditions. Items must be returned within 14 days of first receiving parcel.Items must be unworn, not washed, with tags and original packaging (ie. plastic pockets) intact. Must be a full priced item. (We do not accept returns on sale items.) We do not accept returns on the following : Sale items including items purchased with discount codes, Jewellery, Lingerie, Bodysuits, Undergarments, Shape wear and Swimwear.
- Send it back to us at our return address. Once we have received your return, we’ll process it and email your web credit. Please note Kickit Sista does not offer refunds or exchanges on returned purchases. Our team will inspect the item(s) and reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions. It will then be returned to the sender. Credit notes are valid for 12 months of the issue date. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
10. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Kickit Sista is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care staff using the contact details below.
11. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER
A Pre Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product.
